![]() ![]() This is pure negligence, a person like that should not work as a pharmacist. So I could continue suffering and she could have the upper hand again, as always. She could literally see that I was physically suffering from severe withdrawal symptoms/having a seizure but instead of helping me, she opted to straight up call and lie to my doctor on purpose, to delay the refill. She literally called my doctor and lied/falsely stated that I was "Laying on the floor, and acting all crazy", while all I did was sit on a chair in the corner and repeatedly ask her to please process the refill that they got the day before and could not find in their messed up, unorganized system. ![]() Get ready to be lectured by her and be put on hold constantly. She refuses to give you the meds when you really need them, even if you got a valid Rx and are literally crying from pain in front of her. The obese looking lady with a loud and commanding voice who runs the pharmacy is a very stuck up individual who thinks she is The Doctor, and knows better than all the MDs and ER nurses combined. Even after I put the doctor on the phone with them, they still could not find it in the system. I had the ER doctor from Memorial Regional Hospital sending the same script 5 times in one day, Post Haste Pharmacy did not get it. Unless you drop off a paper script, there is no hope in them receiving your Rx, no matter how urgent it is. None of the doctors are able to reach them. None of the scripts from the hospitals ever go through. It was supposed to have arrived yesterday according to their next day delivery policy. The worst pharmacy ever, stay away. Three weeks have gone by and I have yet to receive my med. But, if it could of cost me my life! I pay out of pocket for this prescription and like many seniors I have very limited financial recourses to do so. My medication is not one where my life depends on it. (2013) I called the middle of that week, after being place on hold as usual, then disconnected multiple times, having to explain patiently why I was calling throughout that week trying to know of the whereabouts of my meds, they informed me if had sent it to the old address.and proceeded to blame me for not giving them the new address.but oddly enough they had my new phone number in my med file. I called to confirm the next day that my order was in place, they informed me that they had gotten a new refill from my doctor and that it would be shipped out the 1st week of December, this year. I asked her to please make sure she had my new address and phone number, ( I live out of state), she reassured me she did. This 3rd time I requested my refill approximately the 28th of Nov.I gave the woman who took the information down my new address and phone number. The 2nd time of my request it was very difficult to have them send out to me once more, they took their time and with an apology from the chief pharmacist it was sent out via FedEx free of shipping charges. Lauderdale to pick up.I told them to mail it. It wasn't ready by the time I was to leave after they informed me it was ready and I drove from Ft. ![]() They said they would mail it out to me within that week, or that it would be ready and I could pick it up since I was going to be there anyway. I took the opportunity to have my prescription filled there. ![]() I visited their facility in their Hollywood, Florida location while vacationing there. I have used their mail out service since the beginning of this year. I am greatly concerned over this pharmacy's disregard for their medication filling practice. ![]()
